The house was cost and comfortable and the kitchen especially so well -stocked. Eric was a helpful and responsive host.

The house is beautiful, has well-stocked kitchen, and provided plenty of clean towels. The town itself is only 20 minutes away from Bryce Canyon and only 5 minutes away from Tropic where you can get restaurants and groceries. We loved the peace and tranquility Cannonville offered.

Very comfortable and clean home. Had everything we needed for cooking in. Comfortable beds and furnishings. Very nice and quiet area just a short drive to restaurants and store in Tropic. Eric is a very honorable and responsive owner. Accidentally left an envelope with our travel cash there, they were quick to let us know and get it back to us. Enjoyed our stay, would recommend staying at Eirc's rental when in the area.

This place is so charming, just 20 minutes or so from Bryce. Lots of sleeping options. Our kids loved having the spacious upstairs all to themselves. Some nice entertainment and kitchen amenities (game consoles, Keurig with lots of flavor varieties, etc.) Cute little town with great views of the mountains in the background. Not much for stores or restaurants right in town, but only a few minutes from Tropic which has a grocery store and a good pizza place.

This house was perfect for our family of 5. It was super comfortable with plenty of space. The boys loved the video games. The stars here were beautiful. I would pick this place again if I went back to Bryce.
