Overall this was a great place to stay. I came to Vegas for work for a couple months, but didn’t want a place on the strip and wanted some peace and quiet away from it, while also being close. The place is around 10 minutes from downtown, 20 from the strip, but is in a very nice neighborhood and was quiet each night. Laura and Julio were very helpful with anything I needed, would always respond and help out whenever I had any questions, and left snacks and a case of water for me when I first got there to get me started. And the air conditioner worked very well which was much needed especially when I got there towards the end of the summer. 10/10 would recommended their place to stay!
Nice private studio, great location close to everything. Easy-in easy-out, very quiet and peaceful. Fast internet, large fridge, ice cold AC. Hosts were beyond friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.
V3ry nice neighborhood. Close to many sites and venues. Laura and Julio were very kind and accommodating to any questions i had or linens I requested. I would definitely stay there again in the future
Wonderful and cozy place ! The perfect place to stay, if you want to experience Las Vegas, but also need a place of retreat. Just a short Uber ride to Downtown, supermarket in walking distance. Laura and Julio are amazing hosts, provided all necessaries, water and snacks. Everything was really clean. Highly recommended!
From the snacks and stocked fridge, to the most comfortable bed, and the softest water you’ll ever shower in- This has got to be one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed at. We were here for LIB festival (only a 19 min walk or quick uber) and ended up skipping the 2/3 days at the festival to just hang out at the Airbnb. It always felt like a separate space and the hosts respected our privacy while remaining available via chat to address any questions. Albertsons was a quick 8 minute walk for groceries and it was a 20 min Uber from the airport. We will most definitely be looking to stay here again if we are doing an extended trip to Las Vegas.
