This place was the best choice selected by us when looking for an accommodation to stay overnight. It fit us as the group of tourists (5 people) perfectly and the location of the building is near the JR station as described in the guide. Although it might be difficult for someone who has large size of luggages to carry to the top floor and somehow all rooms were dusty (my friends were easily allergic to the dust), it was still a beautiful spot to stay in Tokyo. Arigato!

Pros: Close to JR station, lots of restaurants nearby, responsive host, easy check in and check out. Cons: Towels were not provided when we arrived (thankfully the host responded soon after we messaged and came by within 30 minutes to drop them off), lots of stairs--not suitable for elderly, balcony and kitchen area were dusty, there is a bright emergency light right outside the bedroom doors which had glass windows, so the rooms were very lit up at night while sleeping.

We loved our stay here. It’s such a cosy place in a really lovely neighbourhood. Definitely recommend.

We were two couples staying for 2 nights. The only positive was that the apartment matched the description and the respective pictures as well as the location is good to quickly reach the center of Tokyo through the "Yamanote" line (JY). Unfortunately, there was a big negative point, which is cleanliness. The apartment was far from being clean. We were surprised to find a dirty kitchen and bathroom with stains and dust all over. In addition, we found used underwear in our balcony together with empty soft drink cans and cigarettes, hair on the bed linen and slippers below the bed. Last but not least, we found the filter coffee machine with remainders of coffee (from previous use) and a very dirty coffee pot. We didn't enjoy our stay there despite our high expectations and we would not recommend others to stay there, as we did.
