The main level offers a completely open concept with panoramic views of the water, a laundry room, bedroom and full bathroom with tub/shower combo. The kitchen is fully stocked. The upstairs offers 2 inviting bedrooms with water views and an upstairs bathroom with walk-in shower. The property is lakefront, has a 60' dock, firepit and propane gas grill for your use. I do not provide firewood for the firepit. If the propane tank is empty, let me know, refill, and I will reimburse you for the refill. Along with the property is use of 2 fishing poles, 3 kayaks, paddles, life vests, fast wi-fi, and streaming services such as Netflix and Prime Video. Do not order movies or shows without prior consent. Also, please note, the lake is not swimmable. We expect you to be respectful, clean up any messes or spills you make immediately and put things back where you found them. Check-out instructions include: 1. Taking all your personal belongings, including food and toiletries. 2. Washing all used towels. You may leave them clean in the washer. 3. Washing all dirty dishes. You may leave them clean in the dishwasher. 4. Taking all garbage out to the outside bins. 5. Turning off all lights, electronics, appliances, closing and locking up all windows and doors. the
