Amazing place to stay. Very private and away from the noises. You can swim in your own pool and play music anytime. The kitchen area has more items available than needed which is very helpful. There’s a stove, dishwasher, microwave, even a panini maker. Plenty of cabinet space for longer stays. Rooms have well insulated walls. Couldn’t hear any noises. Large living area with high ceilings. Water station to save time and money carrying all the heavy water to the villa. Plus we had a friendly car that came by in the evenings. This is a must place to stay.

By far, my best stay till this comment. Everything is clean and shiny, the host provided everything within the villa. Everything you could imagine even luggage scale was there for guests use. The pool was clean and good sized. Host offered extra towels and sheets halfway through the stay. Bathrooms are extremely clean and nice. The villa is very quite but only 50m from bars and restaurants, bigC and 7-11. I would definitely do it again when I visit Pattaya.
