House is beautiful and centrally located to be just off the strip to have peace and quiet. however there is lots of noise from neighbors dogs barking . I realize that no one can control that but extremely annoying in the middle of the night or early morning hours. house is clean enough but needs a deep clean for carpets, windows and baseboards. Also needs to be more stocked with toilet paper when 10 guests in the house. Would highly recommend staying here. super spacious and private rooms for everyone.

Overall it’s a great space with plenty of room but some aspects of the house are outdated. We did have a few minor issues, one of which we were able to work with the owner to address. The first two nights there was a dog outside at the neighbors house barking in the middle of the night keeping us up. The owner contacted the neighbor after the first night when we complained and then escalated to contacting code enforcement and animal control when the issues wasn’t resolved. From that point the dog was no longer an issue during quiet hours. There is new carpet upstairs that is still in good condition because there are no shoes allowed upstairs. The downstairs carpet is pretty dark and stained but we were told it is being replaced by hardwood soon. The pool had a lot of debris in it when we arrived but they sent out a cleaner promptly. The owner was very responsive and helpful, even working with us for a flexible late checkout.

The Host was amazing to work with. It was easy getting into the home and the accommodations were perfect for our needs. The back yard and pool area was awesome and much less hassle than other homes we’ve stayed at in the Vegas area. I would stay here again and recommend this place for other looking in the Vegas area!!

The home was beautiful! It had plenty of space for my large group! We had no issues and we’d definitely stay again.
