This 2 bedroom house was once a stable for the adjacent Mas . Situated on the bank of the river it enjoys a peaceful location looking up to the village of Eus . We have renovated the space into a contemporary, comfortable, fully equipped home from home . Which will enable you to relax ,enjoy and explore all this wonderful region of France has to offer. The open plan living, dining ,kitchen area has a wood burner , wood is provided in the cooler months and a small supplement may be charged for electricity October to March . Comfortable sofas , smartTV , WiFi . A round dining table and seating for 4 . The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher , 5 ring gas hob , electric oven ,microwave/ combo oven ,fridge and freezer. Nespresso coffee machine ,kettle toaster and all the cooking and dining things needed to rustle up a quick lunch or a elaborate dinner . Upstairs in the main bathroom laundry facilities are washing machine and tumble dryer along with a outdoor drying rack and iron and board .All rooms have in wall USB ports for easy device charging and unlimited WiFi . Both bedrooms have very comfortable super king sized beds, or the option of a twin bedded room . With quality cotton linen and towels provided . Extra blankets for winter months and lighter bed covers for the warm summer months will be provided as required . Outdoor area has table and chairs for that relaxed evening drink or morning coffee ,there is ample off road parking for 2 cars .

Een mooi verblijf met fijne buitenruimte. We verbleven er tijdens de hittegolf, maar er was altijd ergens “natuurlijke” schaduw. Mooi gelegen tussen Middellandse Zee en de hoge bergen van de Pyreneeën, dus je kunt volop genieten van zowel de locatie als de omgeving. In de kennismaking met Frances voelden we haar gastvrijheid en tijdens ons verblijf maakte ze de gastvrijheid volledig waar.

Un gîte parfaitement situé, calme, surplombant une petite rivière et face à un joli bois. Les chambres et le salon sont très agréables avec des équipements de grande qualité. Notre hôtesse était charmante, disponible et efficace. Un séjour parfait, que nous recommandons vivement.

3j en été en famille avec 2 enfants : sejour tres agreable ! Arrivee et départs autonomes maison simple a trouver, au calme en bordure de riviere, les 2 espaces exterieurs cote riviere et cote parking, ce dernier avec magnifique vue sur Eus, sont securises. Possible d aller à Eus a pied ou de se tremper aux heures chaudes dans la riviere sous le pont. En voiture excellent point de départ de nombreuses visites / ballades. La maison est tres tres confortable, attention escalier interieur doit etre un peu raide pour de petits enfants. En bref, nous avons juste trouvé notre séjour trop court ! On recommande.

the location is perfect for exploring the area. you can drive to so Many different area's within An hour/hour And a half. the house is Nice and cool in summer, really nice beds and bathroom and perfect living room to chill at night! i really recommend this Airbnb.

We are situated 45 minutes in from the coast , only 30 minute on the N116 from Perpignan nestled in the foothills .Bordered by the Pyrenees ,the Mediterranean ,Andorra and Spain this region is known for its outstanding beauty and relaxed rhythm of life.With a Mediterranean climate the summers are long and hot and winters short and mild .Eus being know as the sunniest village in France with a recorded 300 days sunshine a year . Also know as one of the plus beaux villages de France.
The warm wether through March to October make this a ideal location for walking ,cycling and outdoor pursuits .November and December are cooler months but with plenty sunshine , leading into January to March and the ski season , less than a hour away from the Pyrenees ski resort of Fort Romeu.
Our neighbouring town of Prades sits below the impressive Mount Canigu. Here you will find the tourist information centre , as there are many interesting historic villages and Cather remains in the area. In the summer the international Pablo Casals festival draws many performances in and around the area .
There are also excellent markets on a Tuesday and Saturday , both with a wide array or local produce and artisan crafts .
Prades also has the nearest large supermarkets ,Super U, InterMarche and Spar along with post office ,newsagents ,pharmacies bakeries all the usual town facilities .

出行信息

We would always recommend having a car to travel around ,as we are situated between Eus and Prades .There are regular bus links from Perpignan and we are on the Euro bus route which cost’s 1 € per person . There is also a train station at Prades .
