Cozy studio for two people. Perfect to spend a few days in Madrid. It is located in the heart of Lavapiés, one of the most multicultural neighbourhoods of the city. You can walk to the most important museums and attractions in Madrid without having to use public transport. Wi-Fi connection and a coffee machine are included. Bed linen and towels will be provided. For more information, read the detailed description below :) The flat has all the details to make you feel at home. Features that my guests enjoy: - Cozy equipped studio in the heart of Lavapiés. - Ideal location in the centre of Madrid, specifically in Lavapiés, within walking distance of the city's main attractions. - It also includes wifi connection, a coffee machine and washing machine. You will not miss anything during your stay. - Fully equipped with all the amenities and utensils necessary for a comfortable and pleasant stay: sheets, towels, toiletries kit will be provided, consisting of 2 bottles of shower gel 30ml, 2 bottles of shampoo 30ml, 2 rolls of toilet paper and 2 bars of hand soap. In the kitchen you will have at your disposal a welcome kit consisting of: 1 bottle of dishwasher 30ml, 1 scourer, 1 multi-purpose cloth and 1 rubbish bag. Other IMPORTANT features to note: - You will have a set of keys at your disposal. -Easily accessible by public transport. Housing: You will appreciate my home for its equipment and location in the centre of Madrid. The flat can comfortably accommodate 2 people. To make the most of your stay, you will have the following at your disposal: An open-plan space with a double bed, with a kitchen equipped with what you need in case you want to spend some time in the studio, a full bathroom with shower, which includes a kit of amenities and a hairdryer.

Très bien pour un séjour seul proche centre ville
Appartement bien placé dans un quartier typique de Madrid, malheureusement, les photos ne sont plus contractuelles et l’appartement reste trop peu entretenu avec le papier peint des murs rongé et de beaux draps tachés par exemple.
El alojamiento es caro para la zona donde se ubica y el bloque donde es situado. A pesar de ser un barrio obrero, és tranquilo no hay problemas y se llega bien a todos los sitios desde la ubicación situada. La limpieza no era correcta, faltava limpieza a fondo y habia mucha humedad tanto en el baño como en el estudio en sí. De ventanas hacia afuera tambien habia mucha suciedad. Hay todos los materiales suficientes como lavadora y utensilio para cocinar pero creo que no corresponde al precio pertinente por el que se paga. Con los propietarios trato correcto y amables, aunque pedi un favor para guardar unas horas más el equipaje el dia de salida y no hicieron por facilitarme.
Overall, it has been very hard to write this review. Fran is a wonderful guest, and his team has been really responsive to us. Fran communication was truly amazing as he was checking very often if everything was fine. Also, the location is amazing, but it doesn't explain the price fully. But there are a few things to know about the place - It's quite small for 2 people and with no direct sunlight. - I would recommend keeping the fan on all the time for air ventilation because the bathroom has no window, and it gets humid quickly. - The wardrobe was not fixed properly. Fran offered to fix it straight away, but as it was a short stay, it wasn't needed. Really, we had a nice stay if you were not fussy, and Fran gestures were great. it was great as we needed something on very short notice.

- Lavapiés stop (Line 3) which is a 2 minute walk from the apartment.
The closest public parking is:
-Parking Público Primavera at 3 minutes walking distance from the apartment and costs 1 day 40€, 2 days 50€, 3 days 60€...
- Parking Puerta del sol low cost 5 minutes walk from the apartment.
IMPORTANT, IF YOU COME BY CAR YOU MUST TAKE INTO ACCOUNT THAT the apartment is located within the area called MADRID CENTRAL, where there are strict traffic restrictions. Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle you must have the corresponding approval of the DGT, otherwise you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, cab or VTC. IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT IN ORDER TO ACCESS THE APARTMENT BY PRIVATE CAR, YOU RESERVE A PARKING SPACE DURING YOUR STAY. YOU CANNOT PARK ON THE STREET, IT IS MANDATORY TO USE PUBLIC PARKING.
