It was lovely to meet Jane who showed us round the apartment and gave helpful advice about local travel and things to do. The studio was very light and airy with good heating and a very comfortable bed. The kitchen was stocked with tea, coffee, cereals and milk and had all the things we needed for our two night stay. We visited Ashton Lodge and walked up to Clifton via the suspension bridge (excellent visitors centre). Our visit to the city was most enjoyable and we highly recommend Jane's place which is set in a quiet and peaceful area and is accessible by walking and by public transport.

An absolutely wonderful place to stay. Nice and quiet lane, yet 2 mins to the bus stop into the city and across from the bus stop was the start of the walk into town via the cycle path, which brings you out at the Harbour. Or you can choose to walk across the Clifton Suspension Bridge and down to the city centre. We did both, following Jane's instructions. We also caught the bus, X4 back each night @ only £2 each and they take cards. The accommodation is well designed, spacious and light, well equipped, clean and is high spec. Private parking outside was a bonus. Jane's place is the total package and I really can't think of anywhere better to stay if visiting Bristol and you want the flexibility of an Airbnb. Jane lives across the courtyard and her communication was brilliant - even at 9pm when I spilt orange juice all down my towel 🤦🏻‍♀️.... she came over, took the soiled one and gave me a clean one. Absolute star 🤩

What a find! And it actually is better than the photos! Jane was super responsive for our last minute booking. The studio is very convenient for Ashton Court and the rest of Bristol.

Excellent location , tucked away in quiet area but within walking distance of the things I needed. Friendly hosts and it suited me perfectly. will stay again if I visit
