Family Friendly home a stones throw from the entrance to beautiful Jones Beach, a great, uncrowded surf spot. 400m walk to fantastic coffee shops, supermarket, pharmacy, surf club and more. Grab a coffee and walk to a great kids park overlooking the surf. Or take a stroll of the stunning Minnamurra headland. Parents retreat: The top floor is a parents retreat with 270 degree views of the Minnamurra headland, ocean, beach, boneyards surf break and saddleback mountain. Wake up to the sound of crashing waves and sit up in the king size bed to check the surf. Relax at night in the separate lounge. Downstairs: three bedrooms, consisting of a queen bed in one. A single and a trundle in another. A nursery with two cots. The nursery has a change table, the cots can be converted to toddler sleeping arrangements and we will also leave toys and books for babies through to 4 year olds. Downstairs bathroom with bath, shower and a separate toilet. we will also leave kids toys if you require these. fully equipped kitchen with views of the ocean whilst your making your dinner. Internet provided during your stay. Aircon and fans in all of the rooms. Front balcony captures the morning sun. sit outside with a coffee and watch the sunrise over the ocean. Fully equipped back balcony, with kids play area, seating for 8 and BBQ, all under a fully covered deck. Enjoy the fresh lemons, limes and oranges from our trees (in season), watch the sunset with a glass of wine whilst the kids play in the large well toy stocked garden. We also have a washing machine, dryer and washing line for your use as well. Things to do in the area: Great surfing spots at Jones beach, Bombo and Mystics. Swim, SUP or kayak in the beautiful Minnamurra river. Take a trip to Kiama to see the Blowhole, lighthouse, a brilliant range of restaurants, kids parks, boutique shops and coffee shops. Head to Jamberoo action park for a day on the waterslides. Please let us know what you require. we have high chairs, cots, toys etc... we also have spare of most things and lots and lots of toys. We have baby gates for the stairs around the property, we will remove these if not requested. If you don't want this, we are also happy to put everything away for you and can convert the cots to toddler beds if required also.
