Absolutely amazing stay at this place. Great communication and support upfront. The Villa is situated in a very nice gated community and easy to get everywhere with a scooter. The house was clean, had everything you need and had super nice rooms with bathrooms each. This way it is super easy to stay with several people or couples at the place. Host was really great. Super easy to reach, always friendly and supportive. They can also arrange most things you would need when you ask. Will definitely come back!

Die Villa liegt etwas außerhalb vom ganzen Trubel, daher war ein Mietwagen von Vorteil. Fussläufig gibt es aber 2-3 schöne Restaurants. Die Villa ist sehr schön, ordentlich und sauber. Hier und da kleine Alterserscheinung aber das gehört auch dazu ;) Nutcha war sehr hilfsbereit und hat auch auf Fragen/Nachrichten gleich geantwortet und Probleme konnten zügig gelöst werden. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und haben diese sehr genossen :)

Everything was great! The location, the house itself, and the surroundings. We spent a really great time there with friends. The only hint for the owners is that in case of a situation when neither of them is present at check-in and check-out, they should send a short document with the exact address and instructions for operating the fans or the terrace sliding doors. This would avoid the situation when someone cannot answer quickly and will be easier for both of them: owners and visitors. Great place, we will recommend it to our friends ;)

Проживали семьей в январе, прекрасно отдохнули, хороший дом и бассейн, большие спальни! В доме есть все что только можно пожелать, огромный плюс что приходят убираться 3 раза в неделю и чистят бассейн. Хозяин очень отзывчивый, по любому вопросу отвечает и помогает. Расположение виллы в принципе нормальное, у нас была машина и проблем не возникло, 5-7 минут и ты в центре всего рестораны, рынок, фрукты есть все! Обязательно буду советовать своим друзьям и знакомым! Спасибо хозяину Грегу все просто супер 😊

The villa is located in a well-kept, guarded and safe complex and is absolutely beautiful and exactly as described on AirBnB if not even better than in the photos. The pool is really much bigger and good for swimming. It is very private, quiet and has a lot of space. It is clean and tastefully furnished. Since we had rented a car, it was very pleasant that the villa has a large garage. The dear housemaid came three times a week to clean during our stay. Greg and Nutcha are fantastic hosts. They are very nice and friendly people and make every effort to make their guests feel comfortable. We like to drink coffee in the morning before we go outside but there was no coffeemaker in the villa, so we called Greg and and he went to buy one and sent it to us. Even if we had another request, he was always available and helped us immediately or gave us good tips. Thank you for that and this is what I call "Service Excellence." I definitely recommend the villa and would book it again if I travel to Phuket again.
