Our charming, cozy home is located in the popular Upper Highlands neighborhood just minutes from vibrant Bardstown Road restaurants and shops and it's only a 15 minute drive to downtown Louisville and Churchill Downs!! Whether you are coming to Louisville for a friends-trip to go bet on horses in the KY DERBY or touring the city with your family, our home will be very accommodating to you and your group! Our home is a 3-bedroom brick ranch house. The kitchen, dining room, family room, play room, master bedroom, guest bedroom, baby bedroom (with crib), and two bathrooms are located on the main level, while another family room with a bed is located in the basement. An air mattress is also available for guests to use. Laundry room is also located in the basement. Guests will also have access to our deck with a grill and outdoor seating.
