(usually only long-term) Superb Newton Centre location - walk everywhere or take the subway directly to Boston (Newton Centre Station- Green Line D). Logan International Airport is just 20 min by car. Awesome for visiting Boston area colleges. Great for professionals, responsible students, couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and some dogs. w/parking for 1 car This unit is a basement apartment- that has a walk-out entry. I live upstairs at this property in a separate unit. I am posting on Airbnb for only the month of May because the incoming long-term renter is moving in on June 1, 2024. I usually provide this unit fully furnished, but the June tenant asked that I remove the master bedroom furniture so that they can move in their bedroom set. So... please note that any guest renting on AIRBNB in May 2024 will be sleeping in the smaller second room that does not have large windows. In the smaller room - you will have one queen-sized bed, one dresser, and one desk int the bedroom. The master bedroom will be empty. The rest of the apt (living room, kitchen and bathroom) are fully furnished as shown in photos. Photo of second bedroom is accurate. No master bedroom photo is shown. Airbnb guests renting this space will have the entire apt to themselves. Write with questions so that there are no surprises! Also - this is truly a great location. Newton Centre is known for its close proximity to Boston, its low-crime rates, and top-rated school system. It's the best of city living since everything is walkable, and also the best of country living because there are nearby woods and trails available for nature walks. Also - the the train so close - it's perfect for shuttling in and out of downtown Boston. We are on the same train that is a direct path to Fenway park too!
