Loved the privacy! Reading in the backyard was fabulous. Water was pretty dirty, so it was not swimable, but a variety of water items available to still get on the water. Had a great time playing pool, and enjoyed the local swimming pool as well. There were a lot of flies which is understandable outside, but frustrating when they're inside.

The location is a slice of paradise. Super yard for a dog. We were very comfortable.
