Our Modern and comfortable family home in the heart of Kivik österlen has a large open plan social space downstairs. Close to other houses and amenities and with an apple orchard to the side you have complete privacy in the garden which gives a space that is both relaxing and works for everyone. Walking distance to the beach, hiking trails in the woods ,Harbour, grocery store and restaurants. Perfect for a family as it has a large private garden with a little tree house. There is also a wonderful 3x8 pool which is heated by solar pannels and has a fence around it but still means if there are little ones around you do need to keep an eye open. Please be aware that the rooms on the north side (left side in the picture from rear of house) are blocked off as the owners areas. You will still have the house and garden to yourselves during your stay as we live elsewhere for july. There are plants that need watering every couple of days but we can agree days and times to pop in so as not to disrupt . I should mention that we do have a dog that obviously will be with us and that the house will be totally clean and fresh throughout. Although just to be on the safe side, If you suffer from dog allergies this probably is not the house for you! We have also put a new kitchen in since the photograph was taken here. I will soon be putting in the new picture but do not have it at present. There is a 25% discount for the house if you would be looking to rent for 3 weeks in mid july for anyone who maybe interested and also a 10% discount for two weeks from the 28th through until the 11th

Shelley's house is very nice and the garden is beautiful. The house is very spacious and has everything you might need. We had a wonderful stay and the kids loved the pool! Shelley is a great host, very responsive and gave us helpful tips and suggestions. Kivik is a great town, we stayed for a week in July and can really recommend this to anyone who wants to have a relaxed holiday in the south of Sweden!

Trevligt, stort hus med fantastisk trädgård och fin pool. Flera fina uteplatser att sitta och äta på i trädgården, som låg bredvid en äppelodling. Lugn och tyst gata, med promenadavstånd till stranden i Kivik, hamnen och Ica. Perfekt för barnfamilj. Mycket trevlig värd som var lätt att kontakta och såg till att vi hade vad vi behövde. Inget att klaga på, vi hade en härlig vecka i Kivik med familjen!
Stort och rymligt hus med privat trädgård och pool. Husets utemiljö är fantastisk. Mat- och vardagsrum har en mycket trevlig känsla och var härligt att koppla av och umgås i när vädret inte var på topp. Nära till mycket!
Our family of 4 loved this house! The social spaces are really spacious and comfortable, the pool was clean and perfect temp, the garden is huge and feels like you're in Italy! The beds are comfortable and very clean. One thing to be aware of the double room is on an open balcony above the living room so forget sleeping if anyone in your family gets up early! The bathroom was fresh, although shower is used sitting in the bath tub. Great location, only 5 mins walk to the sea. Shelly was easy to contact, quick to get back and friendly. We definitely would recommend this house to others!

Kivik is a beautiful little port it has a lovely little harbour, Buhres fish resturant, good Ica, Kiviks Musteri , nice little resturants and a childrens beach, good play area plus ice cream kiosk!! There are beautiful nature areas all around with Stenshuvud, Knäbackshuse, Vik with its wonderful Golf course, Simrishamn and Mandelmans trädgård to the south. North you have the beautiful long sands of Vitemölla and Haväng. There are wonderful cycle paths around the area and bicycles can be rented from Ravlunda cycles.
Bus stop on the mainroad (300m) which goes to Simrishamn and Kristianstad.

We have lived in this house for 7 years, have a dog and also have a boat down in Kivik harbour which we have lived on the past four summers.
