This is a true what you see is exactly what you get home! We were blown away! Very clean, comfortable, and fun home. Hotel like feeling is what we’re concerned about but this is certainly a home away from home type experience. And Kate made it all the better! An amazing host! Kind, super responsive, super supportive all times of day and night to make sure we were comfortable! Also, the location was perfect for us. Right between Hollywood and the Santa Monica and Malibu beaches we love! We will most certainly be back.

This home has potential to be a good airbnb, but there are a few issues. There is a clear problem with the electricity. We lost power to certain rooms multiple times in 3 days and had to always contact the host so she could remotely open the garage and only then could we reset the breaker. Lights flickered quite a bit, also. The primary bedroom is in desperate need of better drapes, as the sun lights up the room at the crack of dawn. There were also some plumbing issues we ran into, even though we followed instructions to the letter. Upon check in, we were told it was the owners own home and to treat it as such, which we did, but if it's going to be a successful rental, it needs to feel more like a rental and less like you are just using someone's house.

Kate and Laura were great hosts!! Very responsive.The home was beautiful!! Very relaxing and refreshing. Great area. We had a great stay at the home.

Staying with Kate and Laura was a dream! The photos of this beautiful home are very accurate, everything was extremely clean, and it had all the amenities for a peaceful and relaxing girls weekend. Laura was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We spent several days at the beach and in the pool and would be happy to stay again in the future!

This was an amazing trip. The house was sparkling clean when we arrived. It’s beyond beautiful, we really enjoyed everything. If you’re looking for a place to enjoy with your family or group of friends, I highly recommend this one! I would definitely come back.
