My family loved staying here! Very clean and inviting, and the bunk room + heated pool were perfect for our kids

I was hesitant to rent this house when I saw that it was run by a corporate company instead of an individual owner. But I have to say that it was a wonderful experience. Whenever I needed anything, even on the weekend, I sent a text and they were so responsive. Even when a battery went out in a smoke detector they had someone over to replace it super fast. Great house and great pool too.

The directions in the airbnb app took us to the beach access instead of the property but Oversee immediately contacted us to help us locate the home. Unfortunately, the previous renters did not take as good of care of the property as we did but Oversee jumped into immediate action and remedied everything which was impressive. The rate was really expensive but I guess they were capitalizing on the holiday weekend. With that said the property was beautiful the area was amazing and the location couldn't be beat. You could drive, walk or bike to all of the little 30A towns and it was all very family friendly. I have been to many parts of Florida and I left here thinking this was probably the best I have been too. Oversee was extremely responsive to any needs and I would stay here again.
