Everything was just as described, and the house was in a convenient location. Several beaches were within 10-15 minutes of the house, and there were plenty of stores and restaurants in the area. We were traveling with our children and they stayed entertained with the pool, and televisions while we were not out at beaches or sightseeing. There is also a local park within a few minutes of the house with a playground for the kids. Daniel sent me the check in instructions shortly before check in and since no issues came up I didn't have a need to correspond with him during our stay.

We would definitely stay here again. We found the house to be clean. Nice to be able to park the car in the garage. There are basic cooking supplies with lots of spices, but no oil if you need that to cook, make sure you bring that. Also, no icemaker and a couple oddball large ice trays in the freezer you can use. You might want to buy a bag of ice. The house is located on a fairly busy street but you don’t notice the noise so much from inside the house although part of our party that stayed in the queen bedroom thought it was a little noisy. Overall, I would say it was a good stay for the amount spent.
