地理位置很好，闹中取静，步行几分钟即可到达宁曼路。 房东有问必答，为我们解决了很多问题，管家也很健谈，非常热心，早餐很有特色很美味 房间的特色是吊床，老婆非常喜欢，也是因为吊床才订房的，房间很大，落地窗采光特别好，早晨拉开窗帘阳光散满整个房间的感觉特别棒。 最后需要进行特别感谢！ 入住第二天晚上因结石疼的不行，管家一次次帮我们叫出租车，谈好价格，最后一天退房后还免费提供房间让我平躺休息，虽然这次清迈之旅行有遗憾，但这间温暖又充满热情的民宿让我十分感激！

Worst experience I had in Thailand. So much can be avoided through better communication. Getting an upgrade does not change that I did not get what I expected. The photos are inaccurate and there is actually no freedom of movement if you need to call the host to open for you when you arrive late. Had I known it was going to be the case I wouldn't have booked. The host is sweet and nice, but I needed practicality for such short trip. I needed to focus on work and not stress about finding a place that's not on the location sent in between my meeting. It is not recommended for people seeking privacy and practicality.

Staying at Arbor's House was a delight. The House is located in a very nice area in Chiang Mai - the Nimman. From there it is easy to get around - Airport, Markets, Old Town or Mountains. The house is cozy, clean and very modern furnished. There are several different designed rooms to rent in the house. They also have a little kitchen with a fridge, water and some snacks where you can go at any time. Garry the house owner does speak English very well, so the communication was very easy. He was really friendly and gave me some tips about the city. It was nice talking with him but unfortunately, I didn't have enough time - I stayed only for 5 nights. Also, they have two dogs - Arbor the big one is super cute and friendly. I loved the dog! The rooms I had were also really nice and especially super clean. Why rooms? The only negative point was that I didn't get the room that I booked and I didn't get the information upfront. So I cannot tell about the hammock bed or rather this room. The first night I had a room, which was really clean but too dark for me personally. For the second and upcoming nights, I changed the room. The room I got was on the top floor, really nice and bright, with a nice mountain view.
