The pictures don’t do this place justice! My boyfriend and I stayed for 3 weeks for work, and we were so grateful to stay with Ailina. The place is modern, clean, and spacious for a studio. It has everything you need. Ailina was very accommodating when we wanted to use the laundry room and even brought in a brand new Keurig on our first day. The table space in front of the TV is large and perfect for eating or working. The bed is comfortable, and there is plenty of storage space. The only downside is no functional freezer. Parking was easy. You might come across her dogs every once in a while. They bark but are never physically aggressive. We enjoyed taking walks around the neighborhood and felt safe.

Die Unterkunft bot eine ausgezeichnete Ausstattung und die Vermieterin war äußerst freundlich und aufmerksam. Sie reagierte prompt auf alle Anfragen und sorgte dafür, dass nichts fehlte. Dennoch fiel mir auf, dass Einiges, aber wenig, wie z.B. eine alte Pfanne, die jetzt aber ausgetauscht wird, nicht meinen persönlichen Standards entsprach. Hier kann man aber wie man in diesem Fall sieht mit Kommunikation weiterkommen. Es ist wichtig anzumerken, dass andere Gäste die Unterkunft als perfekt bewerteten, daher könnte mein Eindruck subjektiv sein. Trotzdem empfehle ich, dass alle Utensilien regelmäßig überprüft werden, um sicherzustellen, dass alle Gäste einen angenehmen Aufenthalt haben. Alles in Allem war es ein sehr schöner 10-tägiger Aufenthalt, ich hatte genug Ruhe um im Home Office zu arbeiten, die Gegend zu erkunden, hatte immer einen Parkplatz vor dem Haus, die Nachbarn waren freundlich und ich konnte auch problemlos mal meine Wäsche waschen.

Great hosts, peaceful environment. I would definitely be staying again if in Santa Maria. Walkable to stores. Place was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended!
