das chalet war genau wie beschrieben und auf den fotos! es war sehr gemütlich und grosszügig. zu bedenken: im winter mit kindern doch ein relativ langer fussmarsch zu den seilbahnen (mit skis, etc). angelika war freundlich, jedoch hat es leider mit der kommunikation jeweils erst nach 2x nachfragen geklappt.

This house is a very clean chalet on the bottom floor with spectacular views of the surrounding mountains. The location is excellent for relaxing in the countryside and enjoying nature. Be mindful of several fees that are listed under the "House Rules" section of the listing. They add up quickly to almost 2 nightly rates when considered with the cleaning fee, and the option to bring sheets/towels to reduce the fees is not possible. The gondola is within walking distance, and if it were winter, one could ski to the front door. The house is spacious with a very nice layout, modern appliances, and a warm fireplace. We did not find wood for the fireplace on arrival. We inquired about it and the owner suggested we ask another tenant or purchase at the store in town. Best to plan ahead for this as we arrived in the evening on Good Friday, but luckily the small store was still open. One detail may have been overlooked with the large, modern gas grill. We were excited to cook with it outdoors for Easter Dinner and found that the gas tank was missing when we tried to light the grill that evening. It was disappointing, but we did not mention it to the owner as there was no way to fix the problem at night on a holiday and we were leaving the next morning. In fairness, we also overlooked a detail ourselves by forgetting to turn the dishwasher on before we left, and sending a message about it after remembering when we were one hour into our journey home. The cleanliness, view, and location led us to give this property fairly high marks. Overall, this is a beautiful place to stay in a great location, but could use a few adjustments and details to get the highest marks for the price.
