An excellent short break. The accommodation was lovely, sitting close to the beach was ideal. The house is well equipped and thoughtful extras were everywhere.

We had a wonderful stay. Lovely house, very comfortable. The children loved the bunk bed. We also enjoyed the paintings, especially the two in the kids room. Kitchen had everything we needed. Short walk to the beach, easy drive to Rye. We loved the area.

A Lovely property close to the dunes and beach. Jacqui's place was clean and spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed. There was everything we needed for our infant guests on the trip too; cot, gate and highchair were really helpful. Bus stop a couple of minutes walk away gets you easily into Rye and a 10 minute walk to the beach. Would definitely come back. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Lovely house with great amenities. Enough household items and a very well stocked kitchen so we could cook . The beds were comfy and spacious rooms. Lots of games and puzzles available. Very close to Rye. Had a lovely time and hope to come back soon.

Had a great stay here over New Year. Enjoyed the interesting selection of games including tabletennis and darts. Children and dog had a wonderful time. Location was perfect to enjoy long walks on the beach as well as being close to the Rye. Would recomend the property.
