This spot has incredible views of Face Rock etc! It was so relaxing to get a bit of work done in the morning, while looking out at the ocean. The public stairs down to the beach are just a short walk away and walking into town is a nice stroll either along the streets or the beach at low tide. Our young pup enjoyed his three walks a day on the beach!

Fantastic place - yes, it is an older style home. Wood paneling and all. But the charm is great, and the views are just wonderful.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sam's place. Check in was easy. The house was clean. But, the best feature is the view. The whole back portion of the house has large windows that overlook the beach and rock formations of Bandon. The surf was relatively high when we were there. The waves breaking against the rock formations were beautiful. The house is close to the town of Bandon which has a lot to offer. We ate at 2 great restaurants and enjoyed walking around the town. The house had all of the supplies that one would like. coffee, condiments, etc. There is a TV with Spectrum and Roku and a great little fireplace. The house is just a little off of the main street, so our mapquest did not take us to the correct location. But, if one looks at the directions on the description, and an old fashioned map, it is easy to find. We recommend Sam's place highly, we will likely be back.

We have rented a lot of beach houses but if you like views this cannot be beat, absolutely beautiful
