Val and Bob’s Angle Lake Retreat was great! From the views, the amenities, the baked goods, and just the overall care Val and Bob have for their guests, the many 5.0 reviews are more than justified. It’s in a good location too with the highway and grocery nearby. I went all to the areas around Seattle, and the retreat was a fantastic middle ground for everything I wanted to do. If I’m ever back in Seattle, I’d come back to Val and Bob’s Angle Lake Retreat. Thank you Val and Bob!

Our stay at Val and Bob’s home was amazing! The lake view was breathtaking! The house was well stocked and Val was an excellent host, fantastic, friendly, responsive and thoughtful! She treated us with yummy baked goods daily! She was accommodating for an early check in and late check out. We were originally from Seattle before we moved to Las Vegas after retirement so most of our family and friends are in Seattle and Val was so kind to allow us for a family get together at the house. Everything was perfect and I highly recommend staying here! Thank you Val and Bob! Hope to see you again. ❤️

We stayed over for 3 nights and had a wonderful expierience! Valerie is incredibly kind and would give us baked goods she had made to try, and was always trying to help make the expierience as good as it could be. The lake is gorgeous and the view from the guesthouse is amazing. The kayaks and paddle boards worked very well and the lake was very calm. Would 1000% stay again, especially for the good price!

This was one of the best places that we stayed. The host was very friendly and responsive....she gave us tricks every morning! The bed is comfortable, and the bathroom and terrace are excellent. The location is incredible. Highly recommended....the lake is literally a few steps away. Very relaxing place.
