This was our second time staying at College Hill Getaway. I have been coming to Winfield since 2006, and this is far and away my favorite place to stay there. The home is clean and very pleasant. We had a super comfortable king size bed. I slept so well there. There are lovely artisitic paintings on the wall and even adult coloring books and colored pencils provided in case you want to exercise your creativity. The front porch and yard are charming. Willow has thought of everything from the water and other beverages in the fridge to fun snacks. And right next door is the wonderful College Hill Coffee so we have everything we want and need. I hope we can always stay here when we are in town!

Willow is sweet and helpful. The house is cute and artistic. It could use maintenance on the ceiling and wall. There was a strong smell from Plug-Ins my daughter liked, it was too much for me. When the power went out it smelled musky without them. We left early bc the storm-no power. Willow offered a voucher, but not the refund requested. I declined. Kids loved the extras- snacks, water, games, coloring. I was confused before check in when Willow messaged asking why I didn’t have reviews, she doesn’t normally rent w/o them. I thought she was asking why I hadn’t reviewed her before my stay, lol. I’ve used the app 2X last month. She asked why neither place reviewed me. Idk. My husband wasn’t with us then. So he was confused when Willow mentioned no reviews in person after the storm. He’s never used the App, so he thought it was odd to bring it up. Even though he said she was very nice. He did feel like 105 a night was too much.

The home is expressed very well with all the painting around the house. The host was awesome and very responsive. I would definitely book this place again!
