Check-in was very easy and the room was comfortable. It seems there are two other available rooms which, if occupied, you would share the bathroom with. No one else was staying at the house at the same time as us so it was private and we did not have any concerns about bathroom usage or masks indoors.

Dean’s place is at an excellent location. Minutes from a mall and In-N-Out! It was very clean and a very comfortable stay. Great price and I highly recommend.

I hate leaving poor reviews, but I wouldn’t stay here again. It did work for a cheap option to sleep for one night when passing through town. And I got the place to myself for the price of one room due to covid restrictions (only one bedroom unlocked). But it wasn’t very clean really anywhere in the house which is very important to me when staying somewhere unfamiliar (walls, furniture, windows, counters and surfaces, refrigerator, bedside table, etc.) There wasn’t an air conditioner and the windows had been closed all day and if was very hot and musty in the house. There was a fan in the living room, but I couldn’t get it to work- which was probably good because it was so dirty and covered in dust that it would have made a mess. Although a fan was provided in my bedroom which was great. The lock was broken on one of the windows in my bedroom - which was concerning for my safety.

Dean was very responsive and the place was very clean and exactly as described. Due to COVID, we were the only people staying at the entire house (usually it has 3 bedrooms that share a bathroom, kitchen, seating/common area. The area is quiet and we had a good stay.
