Haru was a good host and always available. The accommodation was easy to find and also a check-in in the night was very good for us. In general the room was ok but the bed had many stains. The bathroom needs to be modernized and needs a deep cleaning. The pool was awesome and the staff was very friendly and helpful. At the moment there are some workings at the hotel. For a short stay it is good.

A 3 rating for average and ok, nothing great and nothing too bad. I thought for the value this room was ok for a few nights. Safe location, walkable to restaurants and staff nice. My biggest complaint is the bathroom needs better cleaning for my standards. The toilet bowl had a ring of film in it which usually means it hasn't been scrubbed and cleaned deeply with bleach for a while. Easy to fix! The rest of toilet was clean but the ring of film is a giveaway on attn to cleaning detail, in my opinion. The shower in between the cracks and grout need bleach scrub because when you run water, the shower begins to smell funky somewhat like must or mold. Sometime hotels clean generally ok but the staff needs time to do deep cleaning especially in humid environments. To be honest, this was a thing I noticed at most Bali hotels I stayed, so by average standard this place is fine. But something to consider for anyone else. So, I have given a ok rating of 3. Nothing bad but nothing great either

Place was even nicer than we expected. Great location. Clean and cozy. Staff was friendly and had good communication. We recommend!
