Rigone in Chanti was the perfect place for our Tuscan family holiday. The apartment was beautiful - just as described and the surroundings are idyllic. While a car is necessary for your adventures around Tuscany, the location was perfect with Montaione ( the local town) just a few minutes drive away and some lovely restaurants. San Gimignano, Florence, Siena and Volterra are within easy driving distance. Nada was a great host and Jill, the reception manager, was wonderful. She was incredibly proactive in contacting us before our stay and responsive in the week we stayed at Rigone in Chianti. Jill provided us with a range of recommendations for local restaurants (Casa Masi, l’champa and Il Cucco are a must try). She recommended a fantastic local wine tour, which we highly recommend (for dinner too) and she facilitated breakfast deliveries from a local bakery along with answering any other queries we had. We would highly recommend this fabulous place and will be back in the future.

An absolutely perfect stay in a perfect location with the huge benefit of being isolated but still having the enjoyment of fresh bakery food delivered early each day so you can just relax relax relax and then enjoy a jump in the big pool before a day trip to one of the historic towns close by. This was a great stay :)

It is worth highlighting the possibility of borrowing various toys. These are nicely prepared in a separate corner in the reception for the children. We made ample use of this. The only criticism is that the playground equipment (slide, children's table and a swing) was difficult to use for small children, because the grass was too high. Perfect for the complex would be a separate playground on the lawn above the pool with 2-3 more playground equipment. Overall, we give the accommodation and our stay very happy five stars, as we were very satisfied all around. A clear recommendation for travelers who are looking for a quiet facility and at the same time a perfectly located starting point for excursions to the surrounding enchanting places. To highlight was the extremely loving care by Jill. Thank you again for this! We will be happy to come again.
