La casa y la propiedad son hermosas, es como estar en el medio del bosque pero con todos los servicios cerca. la casa es muy cómoda y tiene todo lo necesario para disfrutarla en todo momento. Tanto Jorge como Rafael fueron muy amables y se mostraron siempre a disposición. Sin dudas volvería mil veces.

Todo excelente, cómodo, hogareño, limpio, amplio. Es la segunda vez que vamos y sin dudas la volveremos a elegir. Rafael un Crack! Super dispuesto a todo. Todo diez puntos!!

Desde la llegada hasta la salida, una atención espectacular de Rafael, fueron muy flexibles con el check in y check out, ya que teníamos que estar temprano en la zona. La casa es excelente!! Se disfruta cada espacio: deck, parrillero, parque, fogón y las intalaciones. Todo completo para pasar unos días increíbles. Cada detalle está muy cuidado. Volveremos sin duda alguna.

Jorge had provided us with his peaceful home known as “the base”. Me and a couple friends stayed for 8 days and it was amazing. House was clean, plenty of room for 3, huge property with plenty of parking space and a nice parrilla. Rafael, his super, was super friendly and gave us access and explained the house/amenities clearly. He even brought us a coffee maker and a modem for wifi!! Great experience and would highly recommend!!

The house requires a car and is some distance from Punta del Este. However only 1,5Km away you have one of the best beaches in Uruguay. Very private, not noisy and very very nice to walk along. Long,long beach (5-7 km min) and you can stop at small very nice beach serving places with food for lunch and dinner. And cocktails if you are in that mood. But it is private and the location is really for vacation taking time out, and not for Punta del Este partying. The place is supported on the ground by Rafael that solves evrything that becomes a problem -fast - helpfull - and one of the best host/support experiences I have had on AirBnB. Be aware that there is no Wifi, but Rafael can fix a mobile solution if you need it. Value for money is very high based on accepting that you are a bit outside the venues closer to the beach or town. For kids it will be a challenge that there will not be much to do and no swimming pool, so you must go with the intention of going to the wonderful beach.
