Sam was an excellent host and even was willing to check us in at 6:30 am! The walk to the center of Antigua was about 25 minutes. No Tuk Tuks come by near the apartment but if you walk a few minutes you can find some. The space was basic. A few dishes but not really enough to cook, and there wasn't a kitchen sink. You have to take your dishes over to the laundry area to wash. The beds were very hard and gave me a lot of back pain. Only 1 fan, so one of the rooms got quite hot. The sofa was also very uncomfortable. Overall it was okay

Absolutely loved my time at Samuel’s place. It’s clean comfortable and quiet. A spacious place with everything you need to feel at home. It’s tucked away and surrounded by nature, in the morning all you can hear are the birds. Whenever I stay in Antigua this is where I’ll stay. Samuel was always responsive, and helped whenever I needed anything. Thank you so much for the hospitality.

I spent a week at Samuel's place, and it was nothing but wonderful. I felt right at home in the house - it truly reminded me of some family vacations back home. Parking is not a problem as you can park on the street around the corner. Walking to the centre of Antigua takes about 20-30 min depending on your pace and is a pleasant walk. It is a bit strange not to have a sink in the kitchen, but there is one right next to it in the laundry room, so that was not a problem. All in all, I totally recommend the place - hope you enjoy it as much as I did!

Great price and quiet/peaceful location. Looks even better in person than the photos. Samuel was very helpful and responsive! I would definitely stay here again. Ubers are affordable if you don’t feel like walking to the city center.

We loved our stay in Antigua. The house was fantastic and has everything that you need for a great stay. Samuel was an awesome host. We would love to stay again some day.
