This is a great place to stay for families. The accommodation was roomy with a bath for the kids. It was super warm as well which was lovely when it was freezing outside!! Amazing to have a heated indoor pool on site. We didn’t have to share it once which was lovely. The kids loved it. Close to Holt for brunch and antiquing; Blakeney for coastal walks and seals; and Bewilderwood and Roarr! for the kids. We really enjoyed our stay!!

Good base for visiting North Norfolk. Basic amenities present (plus swimming pool!) and free eggs from the farm was a bonus.

Dairy Cottage is sited on a farm complex along with a number of other cottages from converted outbuildings. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming and helpful. Accommodation is basic but there is everything you need and the facilities on site make it perfect for those staying with young children. You are on a working farm so be prepared for an abundance of flies and farmyard smells which may be worse when it is hot weather - neither of which particularly bothered us but is something to be aware of. Half an hour to good beaches (highly recommend Brancaster) and into Norwich. The downstairs bedroom doesn’t have any windows and the top bedrooms have sloping ceilings with velux windows - again just something to be aware of if those things bother you. We took our own fire pit and had a couple of BBQs in the shared garden, which is very colourful with dahlias and roses and has a huge weeping willow tree which was lovely and shady to sit under in hot weather we had.
