Honestly the place is great, perfect location, very cute, spacious room. However, it is very loud, the doors of other rooms are constantly slamming shut because they’re not soft-close and you can hear every step above you. It’s easier to get past this but the bed is the equivalent to sleeping on the ground. It is hard as a rock. Otherwise towel hangers and full length mirror would’ve been great. I wouldn’t book again but don’t regret staying there. It was great for a short weekend trip.

Perfect place for my fiance and dog to spend a long weekend at! Exactly as described in pictures, and even had a cute little patio out back we enjoyed a glass of wine on :) Spring street was walkable to all our favorite spots. We typically go down to bowens wharf but decided to sit at the bar at bar cino one night (first time there) and it was 10/10! Place was secure, easy check in - host was very responsive, even giving me updates on early check in. Parking spot was open while we were there which was perfect. There was no “kitchen” which was fine because we love eating out - but still a small refrigerator, microwave, dishware, and a hot plate (which we didnt use) Shower and bathroom were spectacular - bed was firm and comfy. Will 100% be back :)

Great location and a clean place to stay in. Everything is in walkable distance. The unit was clean and comfortable, and Matthew was very responsive. Would definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting RI.

Great spot right in town. Even parking which is hard to find in Newport.
