Staying at Brian's place, Chill on the Hill, was an absolute delight! We celebrated multiple occasions – birthdays, a beautiful elopement, and even Christmas – all in this incredible space. Brian's attention to detail was impeccable, and his hospitality was beyond compare. From start to finish, our family felt cared for and at home. A 5-star experience with top-notch ratings in every aspect. Highly recommend for any special gathering or getaway!

We just spent 6 days at the Chill. I have been to many Airbnb’s and this is the first time I can say, that if I could give him 10 stars, I would ! To start off with, Brian is a top notch host. Super friendly, supportive and very generous. I have never seen a house so well maintained and equipped. Kitchen (for those of you who like to cook) is equipped with high end appliances, tools, dishes and anything else you can ask for. The house is spotless, spacious and truly made us feel at home. Rooms and bathrooms are really nice with large TV’s and comfortable beds. And the spa is so fun after some good hiking. I will definitely recommend anyone traveling to Sedona. Brian, thank you !

This is our second visit to Chill on the Hill - our first visit was so amazing we couldn’t wait to get back. We did not think our hosts could surpass our first visit, when they made my husband’s birthday so memorable - they absolutely did in so many ways. There was a wonderful, personal welcome message and gifts awaiting us when we arrived. The addition of the pool/chill pad is fabulous, throughout the house and the pool meticulous attention to detail that delights - water stocked fridge by the pool, in the bedrooms and around the house. Condiments, coffee, snacks, spices, an incredibly well appointed kitchen that is a joy to cook in. The newly remodeled bathroom is a delight and the personal touches make such a difference - luxurious robes, pristine bedrooms with bedside chocolates. Communication with The hosts is excellent. I simply cannot say enough good things or “thank yous”. We will return to Chill whenever we can. We simply love it and have not found anything to compare. Thank you So much - you’re the best.

We enjoyed our stay at Chill on the Hill! The house is equipped with everything you could need or want. We really liked the location and its proximity to wineries and Sedona, but loved the peacefulness and privacy and beautiful sunsets. Having the chill pad/pool was a great option to relax at after our tours and hikes. Easy communication, Brian and Jonathan were so responsive. They’ve thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. Welcome gift of wine and great extras provided such as drinks, coffee, pantry items to start your stay. Honestly never had another Airbnb equipped like this. My adult children loved it and would say the same. Highly recommend!

Brian and Jonathan were great! We loved the place and they did a great job communicating and providing excellent suggestions for our trip. They even surprised my wife with a wonderful birthday cake which she loved. We will definitely be back... my wife wants to move there now!
