Perfect location! Comfy beds! The jacuzzi in the complex was perfect after a day on the slopes! We definitely be staying here next time we visit!

I recently stayed at this place last weekend March 17-20th, 2022. I would NEVER rent here again, it’s not worth the money. The entire place smelled like a camp fire the entire weekend. The only way to heat the place is with the fireplace and when you do it fills the entire house with smoke. This place is up in the mountains, they say you have Wi-Fi, that’s a lie because it doesn’t work so if you need Wi-Fi don’t rent this place. I tried to reach out to the owner to help them resolve the Wi-Fi issue. All they could tell me was to reset the router which I had already done five times. So if you stay here you won’t have any Wi-Fi. You also won’t have cell service or reception either. Upon check-in, the cleaning staff were there, trying to finish up their cleaning. There’s absolutely no thermostat to control the heat and the only way to heat the place is the fireplace. When I did make a fire in the fireplace, it filled the entire house with smoke. Yes Even if you had the shoot open. I could not get the smoke smell out of the house my entire weekend stay. I feel like I might as well stayed in a tent because it smelled like I had been camping. This place is on the fourth level with absolutely no elevator. Had I known this I wouldn’t have stayed. This place is definitely not worth the price it’s listed for. I would’ve rather stayed in a rundown motel then stay at this place again. I had to reset their Wi-Fi five times and I reached out to let them know that it’s not working. All they told me was to reset it which I had already done. So if you really need Wi-Fi or cell phone service, I wouldn’t suggest you renting this place because you won’t have either. The hot tub and game room, which by the way are shared by all the other people living or staying there, are located downstairs and it’s very cold there. DON’T waste your money renting this place it’s not worth it and it’s not listed correctly or as it’s described!

Be aware this is not in Cedar City like it is listed it is up in Brianhead which is a very windy 35-40 minute drive from cedar city. This is an older condo, the parking garage was kind of scary the ceiling had a huge hole and looked like it was falling in. It was not as clean as I would have expected, the bathroom tub/shower combo was gross and smelly. The towels didn’t smell fresh but were very stiff and scratchy. I had to wash all the dishes before I used them, they had old grease and food debris left in the pans. The communication on arrival was good, but we wanted a later checkout, I contacted them and they didn’t get back to me until almost checkout time. On the up-side; the TVs were newer, the beds were comfortable, and it wasn’t very expensive.
