Víctor was an excellent host. He waited for us on the street to let us in which was appreciated after a long bus from Ecuador. He went out of his way to find and give us information about how to get a bus to Chachapoyas. He made us feel comfortable, was very responsive and had lots of recommendations. The room was clean and spacious. He even gave us a fresh papaya as a leaving gift which was a lovely gesture. 10/10 recommend this hostel and Victor.

Great place to stay the night if, like us, you are travelling from Ecaudor to Chachapoyas. Jaen is HOT!! so the fan is very necessary to get some sleep. The water in the shower is cold, but it feels great after being in the heat. The host is very nice and met us when we arrived to show us everything. Overall great place to rest.

Perfect to sleep after crossing the border. 5 minutes by foot from the bus terminal. Excellent restaurants in the same street. Absolutely friendly and lovely owners. Small and hot room, but mega clean and with all the necessary equipment. Wifi jumping. Only cold shower (but it is so hot that it is a pleasure) It is a noisy area, but in the rooms in the back it is ok (with earplugs we heard nothing anymore) Highly recommended.

Victor Julio es un excelente anfitrión. Es una persona muy amable, con una rápida respuesta y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Es sencillo llegar, cerca a los terminales.
