1. No Amenities provided 2. Defective induction cooker 3. Messy fridge upon arrival 4. First parking area given is 3 blocks away from the unit. And the parking owner is not amenable in sharing parking

Booked this unit initially for four people (my in-laws were suppose to come with us, but had a last minute emergency). Good thing because there were not enough beds for us to sleep in. Pros: location was great, close to stores, restaurants, and close to the wedding venue we attended. The area was well lit and had security. Keesha, the staff was very responsive and accommodating, and waited for us even though we checked-in late. The unit has 2 televisions; netflix-ready,a fridge, rice cooker, water heater, shower heater and drinking water was provided. Complete kitchen utensils.And i think you can do karaoke, although we did not try it out. Pet friendly. We paid a P200 refundable pet fee. Cons: Decor-wise, the artificial bricks on the walls made the unit look messy. There was no mattress on the bed, just the foam on the bed frame. Can only sleep 3 people max. Parking should be reserved in advance, and we paid 300/day. Overall, it will do if you're just looking for a place to sleep

We liked the location of their unit, accessible and closer to the main entrance. they also have netflix and a good wifi connection.
