The beds were very hard and we had trouble sleeping. There was a 1-2 inch gap around the air conditioner (floor unit) that let daylight (and other things) in. I got up at 11:30 pm to take some meds and found a roach crawling on the counter under the TV. Left a light on the rest of the night. We think it may have been a wood roach that came in from around air unit, but not 100% sure. When we booked the unit we thought it was going to be a cabin near the water with a view…it wasn’t.

The hotel room was dirty, smelled, in bad shape and had no soap. Front desk staff didn’t think we had a reservation. Expensive for the quality of the place. Two bright spots — location and the Mexican restaurant next door. The lake is wonderful.

Overpriced, few accommodations and lack of professionalism by the hotel staff. Also outdated hotel.
