I will caveat this review by conceding your experience will likely be different from mine, and Kay Michelle was always very responsive. We arrived to a broken bed with dangerous large broken pieces of wood beneath the mattress. We had to spend the first night of our stay in this apartment literally sleeping on the floor on an air mattress. Host informed me someone was coming to replace the bedframe and box spring. They replaced the frame, and left the pieces laying around the bedroom because they had a loud disagreement with the host about whether it was their job to remove the frame. We had to leave for a couple of hours while this was taken care of. Maintenance came in with zero notice to perform maintenance on the dryer, the second time they came in they didn't knock. I had made a point to tell them my wife was in the shower, and the vacuum scared the heck out of my dog. We received no discount for all of this, after spending a night on the literal floor.

Great location in Atlanta, the space is clean and homey. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it.
