Exactly like in the photos. We were even able to check in earlier and they cleaned the room after a few days of our stay after checking with us.

Great hostel at a great price. Perfect city location close to all major buses etc Clean well equipped kitchen and shared toilets/ showers Would be ideal if you are first arriving in New Zealand and need a place to stay while you settle in for a week or two Only negative thing for us was the heat of the place. We had a double room with a window and even with that open and the fan on it was unbearable so be prepared for that
