The Knotical cottage was clean and freshly remodeled, a lovely place with a fenced yard and grill, and my family had a good time. Its description erroneously stated that it had four beds (it has two), and a harbor and ocean view (nope), which led me to choose this place, so I was disappointed that that wasn’t so. Patty assured me that these were Airbnb software glitches that she’d resolve. The place is quiet, cozy, comfortable, and a short walk into Plymouth. The gas fireplace is lovely. If not for the errors in description, I’d give the place 5 stars. P.S.: Online direction maps will mistakenly tell you to turn right into the parking spot, but Knotical is on the LEFT.

Patty was a lovely host: she was friendly and very helpful. Her place was exceptionally clean. We had three people staying in her cottage who had quite varied breakfast preferences, and she provided all the different types of food we requested. She also genuinely cared about our dog's satisfaction as much as our own. The enclosed courtyard was beautifully set up, but it was also very dog safe and dog friendly, so we felt comfortable letting our dog roam around in it. She told us about the dog-friendly beach that was in walking distance, which we were not aware of, and we were able to take our dog swimming in the ocean for the first time. What joy! The cottage was in a quiet location, but it was very walkable to a wide array of Plymouth's dining and shopping areas. Perfect! We would not hesitate to stay at Knotical Cottage again. Hostess was friendly and welcoming. Garden was beautiful. Even though it’s not a bed and breakfast, personalized breakfast items were purchased for us. Wonderful stay with the exception of the parking issue. Having a van made it difficult to not cross over yellow lines we were asked not to. No room to have company park.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cottage. Patty was very helpful and hospitable throughout our vacation. The cottage itself is beautiful and was laid out perfectly to accommodate our family’s needs. We enjoyed the homey feel of the property, the quiet, convenient location, and nice neighborhood. We definitely look forward to coming back!

The cottage was wonderful. Located close to the popular spots in Plymouth. Beautiful gardens surrounded the place it was so peaceful. We cooked every night and the kitchen had everything we could have wanted. Loved it!!
