Clean and basic accommodation. Not clear that the house is basically 4 airbnb rooms sharing one small toilet and bathroom. No host on site. No breakfast or materials provided, except tea bags and coffee. Poor description of location of key safe, not easy to find

Sylwia was very helpful since I first communicated, considering it was a last-minute booking. She even gave me the house's best room (big) for the 1st night concerning that the one I intended to book was occupied (no extra payment). Kitchen has all the needed tools and a fridge. Cleaning lady was also very helpful. The surroundings are very quiet. 5 min walk to Denmark Hill Train (Overground, Thameslink, Southeastern). Several buses pass near the house location. Tesco Express supermarket near the station. Would definitely book a room at Sylwia's house again when visiting London.
