What a beautiful place and Cathryn and Brenden are incredible hosts. Absolutely loved our stay, such beautiful views and so much to do. The kids loved running around and playing on the swing, in the pools, cricket nets, football goals and playing with the goats. We were made to feel so at home and loved our stay. Thank you Cathryn and Brenden!!

Cathryn's place was incredible. Private and with amazing mountain and forest views. Expansive garden area and has everything you need. We enjoyed two rainy days in front of the fireplace just relaxing. It was such a pleasure to enjoy the peaceful area and Cathryn made sure we were happy. We would highly recommend her Airbnb for a relaxing breakaway. We would gladly go back anytime.

A beautiful hideaway in an amazing location. Really well equipped and thought through little touches -including picnic and BBQ equipment. The wood fired hot tub is amazing. Was a beautiful place that we will definitely visit again

We spent 2 days at the hillendale hideaway. From the first second we felt like home in the little house with the amazing view over the hills. Everything was clean and comfy :) the communication aswell as the check-in was friendly and easy. We were amazed by the surrounding nature with some special little animals we saw (including the host's cute dogs and goats). Plett and the beaches are only a 10min drive away so you quickly reach everything you need. We would definitely recommend the hideaway and come again, if we return to Plettenberg bay :)

Wir waren als Familie 2 Nächte im Hideaway. Die Lage des Hauses und der Ausblick sind einfach fantastisch! Die Hausfront ist ein großes Fenster mit Blick in die Natur. Grandios! Die Einrichtung ist kombiniert aus alt und neu und mit viel Liebe zum Detail dekoriert! Die Betten sind bequem und auch hier hat man einen tollen Blick ins Grüne. Alles supersauber! Das Holz für den Kamin und das Lagerfeuer waren schon vorbereitet. Abends konnten wir noch den Hot Tub einheizen und genießen. Das Highlight für unsere Teens war der Besuch der Hunde, die sich bei uns Streicheleinheiten abholten :-) Die Ausstattung der Küche war sehr gut (inklusive Kaffe, Tee, Zucker, Grundgewürze,…). Handtücher und Pooltücher waren genügend vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt :-) und würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Es war ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge Richtung Tsitsikamma Nationalpark, aber auch Plettenberg Bay. Cathryn hieß uns herzlich willkommen und gab uns noch Restauranttipps! Danke :-)
