Hervé Et Patricia we’re fantastic for all communication and the place was perfect for us with 2 adults & 1 child.If coming for skiing as we did the bus has very limited times at the stop near apartment but the walk to main stops in town is only 10min.We used taxi as recommended by Patricia to/from Geneva and Irene was brilliant. As mentioned the apartment is a little away from the town with lovely views of mountain and pieste, you can basically walk all around as les carroz isn’t that big which is what makes it an amazing village(would have been even better with fresh snow).For any details and recommendations please DM me and I will be glad to help. Nous avons passé un bon séjour, tout est parfait, avec comme seuls petits bémols : - un petit cafouillage de l'agence de gestion concernant les draps, qui nous a valu de revenir les chercher à l'appartement pour leur donner, alors qu'ils nous avaient été fournis dans l'appartement. Rien de grave, juste à bien checker l'organisation attendue au moment de la prise de clés, ils sont par ailleurs sympathiques. - le quartier est, en février 2022, le plus mal desservi en navettes, avec seulement 2 passages le matin dans un micro-bus électrique et un seul (officiel du moins) le soir (+ d'autres à l'heure du déjeuner...). Donc un peu contraignant et stressant, mais de fait ambiance assez rigolarde dans ces drôles de conditions qui sont semble-t-il en cours d'expérimentation par les Carroz. Peut être un problème pour les membres d'un groupe ne disposant que d'une voiture et ne souhaitant pas être contraints à des horaires "de groupe". Je ne conseille pas sans voiture tant que le service de navette n'a pas évolué, à moins d'être un mordu des horaires de pointes. L'appartement est plaisant, de fait dans un quartier calme et sans doute l'un des plus beaux de la station, la large vue en angle assez saisissante, balcon agréable, au 1er étage d'un chalet collectif calme, l'accès au centre à pied largement faisable, Hervé et Patricia très réactifs en comm', c'est pour nous une bonne adresse.

An excellent stay at this beautiful and charming chalet in Les Carroz (skiing at the Grand -Massif ski area) . The chalet is compact, but the space is used well toprovide a small living/dining room open to the kitchen, with a nice rain-shower in the bathroom. The design is modern and updated with nice wood floors. The upstairs works well for 2 parents and 2-3 kids. The kitchen is well stocked and we could make our own food easily with the oven and stove. The fridge is on the small size, but could accommodate 4 people for a week with no problems. The covered parking was also convenient as was the ski locker in the basement. The chalet is well located near ski shuttles. There is one about 120m away that works in the beginning or end of the day and another at rue Serveray that functioned all day long and was convenient - about 300m walk away. It was about a 500m walk to restaurants and shops in the center of town. A warning, if you ski Flaine and can't make it back at the end of the ski day to the villiages, it is a 60€ cab ride back to Les Carroz. Overall an excellent stay and we would come back again! Nous avons passé un très bon séjour aux Carroz petite station de type village, composée essentiellement de chalets idéalement située entre Chamonix et Genève. Nombreuses activités proposées : luge, mountain kart, VTT. Nombreuses randonnées avec possibilités de voir le massif du Mont-Blanc. Proche de la station de Flaine qui dispose d'un golf magnifique et permet des randonnées avec des vues magnifiques sur le Mont-Blanc. L'appartement vient d'être rénové avec goût et est très fonctionnel. Il dispose d'un balcon en L orienté au sud qui offre une vue magnifique sur les versants de la vallée.
