We really enjoyed our stay at this home and would recommend! The pictures are very accurate, and it is bigger than we expected. Beds and furniture very comfortable. Quiet neighborhood, very peaceful. We really enjoyed the Fort Deli and the barbecue restaurant nearby. Colleen was very responsive and she kindly accommodated a special request we had. We'll be back!

This well-appointed cottage was perfect for a weekend visit with my cadet. We loved the decor; the beds were comfortable; and the kitchen and bathroom had all necessary amenities and more. We definitely will consider returning on another visit.

So, there were some issues with sugar ants in bathroom and kitchen, dryer did not work, house has no insulation and it was extremely cold, could not get thermostat to go above 70 until my complaint of leaving then it was changed and we could set at any temp we wanted to keep us somewhat comfortable. (I guess some sort of app was involved) No smoke alarms in bedrooms, there was one in the small hallway. (Firemans wife). NY state law, every bedroom. The house was clean and beds somewhat comfortable.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Colleen’s adorable cottage. Instructions were clear and easy to follow — location was terrific for visiting our son at West Point. It was cold and rainy while we were there (but warm and cozy inside) — I imagine the front porch and riverside location are wonderful in summertime!
