House is great for both adults and kids! The arcade, game room and theater make for plenty to do. The amenities in the kitchen are perfect for cooking for large groups. This is a first class rental.

We had a great time at Coral Vista! Traveled with a group of 8 adults for a 40th birthday, but this house could have comfortably accommodated a few more couples! We were blown away with the house, the game room, theatre, pool room and the views! We had amazing weather, so little need to be inside but we would have needed to be here a month to fully take advantage of everything there was to offer just inside the house! We would love to bring our families back, but when they are a bit older. The only downside, is that this had a lot of coral and sea grass right off the beach. It was great for our trip because our group of adults preferred to spend the mornings snorkeling and kayaking then lounge in the pool practically on the water during the afternoons. The owner (Megan) was amazing. She accommodated all of my requests and even sourced firewood for us prior to our arrival. The beach bonfire pit is also fantastic! The market down the street, Chatham's, is as well stocked as any grocery store we've seen in the Caribbean. I never trust the details about "market close by" expecting it to be stocked like a gas station, but this one has fresh produce, meats, cheeses, a very well stocked liquor store, and all the kitchen/household items that we could have needed! We probably made daily trips to restock on limes and Casamigos. Aside from Over the Edge Cafe, the other restaurants weren't as close as I had hoped, but Tukka's offers a van pickup and dropoff, which was a great option to have! Overall, the beds were comfortable, the house was clean, the amenities were over the top, and I cannot get over the design that has sweeping ocean views from all of the massive windows and mirrors, constantly reflecting the beautiful views. We will definitely come back in the near future!

Wonderful wonderful house! The hosts were very very thoughtful, and the house was definitely ready for us at 4 o’clock. Early check-in is was not available due to the short turnaround before visitors leaving and us coming. Yes, there was some seaweed, certainly we worked around it. The kids went kayaking and enjoyed it. The older of us enjoyed the pool and the relaxed pace very much. Northside is super quiet. If you have folks that want to hang out at Seven Mile Beach or Cammana I would suggest that you drive them over to the ferry at Rum Point and let them ferry over. Otherwise the first day we spent about three extra hours in the car dropping and picking up folks.
