The best thing about this cabin was that it is nestled in a beautiful part of northeastern Iowa. The cabin is very close to other cabins and in the heart of a campground. The biggest downside unfortunately is an incredibly close train that is VERY loud and runs very frequently. On Friday night, it woke us up four different times. On Saturday night, it woke us up three different times. Neither of us are particularly light or deep sleepers - but it made it really hard to get a full night's sleep. The cabins are furnished well, although if anyone in your party is over 6 feet in height, you're going to find the upstairs sleeping area to be quite cramped. While the sound of the train made it hard to get a good night's sleep, due to our proximity to the outdoor activities we were focused on, we wound up having a nice weekend — but we'll be looking for other options in this area next time we visit.

Everything was exactly as described. The cabin was very clean, everything we needed was supplied, the water pressure in the shower was terrific, Harpers has some surprisingly good restaurants, the heat in the cabin worked great and check in and check out couldn't have been easier. Thank you Deb!
