We really enjoyed our week at the Villa in Pacific Harbour between Boxing Day and New Years 2021-2022! It was the perfect fit for us-- 3 adults and 2 young kids. The house is tidy and spacious, the furnishings comfortable, the grounds are lovely and the pool is WONDERFUL! We also loved the location, which was private and quiet, while also close to everything we needed. It's a short walk away from a public dock where I could put my SUP in and paddle around Qaraniqio river to my hearts content. Worth noting, it is not 3 full bedrooms, but rather 2 bedrooms plus a loft-- which turned out to be ideal-- the kids loved sleeping in the loft- which has its own ceiling fan. We were the first to stay here after a long COVID drought, so there were a few things that needed fixing/replacing, but Mark, who looks after the property, was very responsive. The wifi did not work at all, as there was no SIM, which was not a problem for us since we used our phones, but might be an issue for international travellers. Finally, the only other issue was that the kitchen was sparsely equipped-- providing a microwave would be a big plus, as we were missing this. Mark was able to give us a few items that were missing from the kitchen, e.g. can opener, peeler, paring knife, collander etc. so that was a big help. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here-- Mark was responsive and made everything very easy for us. We'd definitely stay here again!
