The reason for the 1* review is because I never even got to stay at this location. The morning of my stay, the reservation was cancelled with no explanation. If it was cancelled due to an emergency than I would have hoped the host would have reached out with an explanation. We had to scramble to try to find another place at the last minute which was very stressful. I truly hope all is ok with the host. The other reviews seem great, and this is why I wanted to stay here.

We had a wonderful time in Purcellville and this home was in a GREAT location. Close to many wineries and great restaurants. The home was exactly as advertised and Caleb was very responsive when we reached out with questions. We would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I had a wonderful time staying here. We were within walking distance to some great restaurants...Magnolias and Kitchen Bia. Those restaurants and the Catoctin Distillery were all within a half mile. We love this area and would stay here again.

I have come to Caleb's place many times, and I'm always happy with it. It's a lovely house in a great neighborhood, right off the main road in Purcelville. I look forward to coming back.
