Our stay was great , expect everything that they advertise. We did run into a towel issue, it was ten of us plus an infant, so we ran out of towels quickly and had to call for more in which they were brought up but still not enough 🫤🫤🫤 so if your planning to go with a large group it’s best to pack personal towels. Also there was no broom or mop in the unit, with 11 ppl and and infant for a 4 day stay an accident is bound to happen ( in which it did ) so I think a broom and mop should stay in the unit. Other than those two minor fixable things our stay was perfect and the kids really enjoyed themselves. Although I always bring Lysol bleach and cleaning supplies with me while traveling, none was needed because the up keep of the unit was immaculate 10/10!!!!!!

Easy check in at hotel front desk. Carpet in bedrooms were a little stained but we had brought slippers and didn’t mind. Beds were comfortable and plenty of space for my family including the dog. Limited kitchen utensils and cookware. Loved the indoor waterpark, outdoor hot tub, and restaurant bar n grill all without going outside. Plenty to do within the resort.
