My parents stayed at Donna’s place for two weeks. Everything was perfect! Location, amenities were great. They enjoyed the pool and being close to the beach and close to family. They would love to return!

While the apartment was clean and Donna was easy to communicate with the apartment was in need of some upkeep and between the size of the place and the overall condition I didn’t necessarily feel like it was a good value for the price

Donna's place was great, it had everything we needed for our stay -- Beds were comfy and great water pressure in the shower. If you are staying for an extended period --- only two rolls of TP are provided, so know to pick some up with your groceries along with ground coffee. Beds were comfy and great water pressure in the shower. New Smyrna Beach is a great place to vacation and it was nice to be away from Flagler for quiet at night.

Everything was exactly as described. The location was excellent. We were able to easily walk along the beach to the Flagler commercial area. Must add that the two Murphy beds were perhaps the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in.
